Dr.
Ho-Ming Huang, Ph.D.
Dr. Huang is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Atelligent Global
Consulting. He holds a B.S. degree of Electronic Engineering
from National Chiao-Tung University, and a PHD degree of
Business Administration, from Management College of National
Taiwan University. In addition to his leadership role in
Atelligent, Dr. Huang is very active in activities supporting
education and business associations.
During the period from 1990 to 2000, Dr. Huang was the president
of HP Taiwan Ltd. He made a great deal of contribution for
promoting the application of computer systems and Internet in
Taiwan’s business community. He also served as the chairman of
Chinese Open System Association and the chairman of Asia Pacific
Association for Business Administration. In 2000, Dr. Huang was
appointed by Taiwan’s government to take the chairman position
of the Institute for Information Industry, a non-profit
organization supporting the development of IT industry.
In his 23-year career with HP, Dr. Huang took various
assignments, including the first General Manager of HP Thailand,
VP and Director of Marketing, Sale and Support in HP Taiwan Ltd.
and the Instrument Sales Manager of HP East Asia Area. Before
joining HP in 1977, Dr. Huang worked for Uniwell Co. as the
Manufacturing Manager and Texas Instrument as the Process
Engineer.
